A Study on the Quantitative Analysis of Inorganic Components in Honey


Abstract
In this study, it has been analyzed that the inorganic components; Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zr.
In this quantitative analysis of Honey, it was used three kinds of Honey; Chestnuts, and Aasia and the Bush clover which were produced by Koey-San, it located in Choong-Buk provine in Kerea, ¢¥74 July.
In this study, it was found that chestnuts contained above components plentifully,
